1. Nature of Service

RoastReady.io provides an automated "Trust Audit" for websites. The analysis, scores, and badges are generated by software based on technical signals (SSL, PageSpeed, Text Analysis).They do not constitute a warranty of legitimacy. We cannot guarantee that a "Verified" website is free from fraud.

2. The "Verified" Trust Badge

If your website achieves a passing score, you are granted a license to display the RoastReady Trust Badge. However, we reserve the right to revoke this license remotely if:

• Your website is reported for fraud or phishing.
• You materially alter the website content after the audit (e.g., "Bait and Switch").
• You attempt to tamper with the badge code to falsify your score.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoastReady.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Merchants are solely responsible for their own legal compliance (GDPR, Terms of Service). Using our "Legal Check" tool does not replace hiring a lawyer.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use our service to analyze websites you do not own or have permission to audit, for the purpose of competitive intelligence or harassment.
